Painting Business Software

Painting business software: one system to run the whole company.

Get rid of your software stack and add a software solution. Wallogy is our custom-built Enterprise Resource Platform (ERP), built for the way our painting companies actually run.

We implement Wallogy inside our partners’ businesses so they can run marketing, sales, production and the numbers from one place. It isn’t sold on its own. It comes with an Aleph partnership, along with the team that knows how to use it.

Why We Built It

A painting contractor ERP, built from inside the business.

Most painting companies run on a stack: one tool for leads, another for estimates, a board for the schedule, a spreadsheet for job costing. Every handoff between them is a place for something to slip.

We operate painting companies across North America, so we built the tool we needed. Wallogy gives real-time visibility into sales plans, production metrics and financial health: the tools to stabilize operations, and the numbers to scale with confidence. The same screens the owner uses are the ones our fractional leaders use, so when we meet with you, we’re looking at the same truth.

Our Development Team

Living software, built by our own senior developers.

Wallogy isn’t software we bought and bolted on. It’s built by Aleph’s own development team — senior developers who work alongside our operators and partner companies, not a vendor on the other end of a support ticket.

That’s what makes it living software. When the way painting companies sell, schedule and market changes, Wallogy changes with it, and every partner company gets the improvements. Our developers stay on the front of technology, so the tools inside your business get better every season instead of falling behind.

What It Does

Software for painting companies, from first lead to final margin.

Six jobs, run from one place.

01

Marketing campaign ROI

Every lead and estimate is tied to a campaign, and every marketing dollar is assigned to one. The Marketing ROI report breaks results down by campaign, zip code, job type and rep. The marketing plan tracks weekly goals against actuals, down to flyers delivered and doors knocked.

02

Customer data

One record per customer and job. Calls and texts from your business phone line land on the job automatically, with AI-written summaries and next steps. Duplicate customers get caught and merged. General contractors and property managers get their own account pages, with tasks, notes and drop-ins.

03

Estimating and proposals

An estimate builder with templates and product libraries. Reorder line items by dragging, split a project in two, and edit a live estimate after the sale. Change orders are reviewed and signed, and the live estimate stays in sync with the work order.

04

Scheduling and coordination

The Wall is the schedule: every crew and every day on one board. The Ready Report groups jobs by scheduled week and shows what each one still needs: deposit, colors, options. A task dashboard shows coordinators what’s overdue and what’s due today.

05

Work orders and paint orders

Work orders and material orders come straight from the sold estimate, so the crew builds what the customer bought. Crews see the work order in the job’s chat channel. For homes built before 1978, lead-safe compliance tasks and photos are tracked on the job.

06

Job costing

Revenue, labor, materials and margin for every job, filterable by crew, rep, project manager and job type. Each crew has a production history and a customer-feedback page, and you can set a crew’s weekly capacity and see it against the work you’ve scheduled.

Plans and Scorecards

Know where you stand every week, not every April.

Wallogy turns the annual goal into a weekly plan and keeps score against it.

  • A sales plan for every rep. Quarterly targets for sales, average job size, sold jobs, success ratio and the estimates it takes to get there, broken down week by week with plan against actual and last year beside it. The rep’s cost on margin and bonus are tracked as the year unfolds.
  • A scorecard for the whole company. KPIs across every area of the business, from appointments and estimates to production and margin, compared with goals and budget.
  • A production forecast. Planned production against what’s scheduled and completed, week by week.
  • Estimates and sales reports. Weekly revenue by job type, with a year-over-year line so you can see the trend at a glance.

Our fractional COOs have their own view of the same scorecard across the companies they serve. That’s how we show up to the weekly meeting already knowing where to dig in.

Part of the Bench

A development team is one seat on your new bench.

An Aleph partnership puts a big-company leadership team to work inside your business: CEO, CFO, COO, recruiting, marketing, and a development team. Wallogy is what that team builds. Sales, production and financials, run from one place.

Our operating agreements leave the founding partner room to make strategic decisions, including which tools to use. Still, the software and tools that come with a partnership are often a big reason owners partner with us in the first place.

We train your team on it too. In Aleph Academy, new hires practice in simulated Wallogy screens, like an exterior estimate and the scheduling Wall, before they touch a real customer’s job.
